More information on how we use your information to perform our service is provided below.
What do we use your personal information for?
We’re on a mission to help people and the planet thrive with foods that make healthy superpowers available in modern life. To help more people discover and enjoy the awesome foods and information we lovingly craft, we use online marketing and data tools like every other smart company. Like all websites and webstores, we collect and use data to understand how we can help people better and show our stuff to people who enjoy it the most, including paid visibility of our products, videos, blog posts and ebooks that people find useful. Like any webstore or brand that wants to talk to its audience, we use data to improve our websites and help you make the most of the awesome things we love to share and create, to meet certain legal and regulatory requirements including to keep you safe in the unlikely event of a need to communicate about or recall products, improve our products and services, carry out analysis and market research, management and administrative purposes, undertake targeted online advertising and to send you status updates and service communications.
When will we send you marketing?
We create and share stuff to give you everything you need to live your life to the fullest. We create useful videos, guides, offers, blog posts, podcasts and ebooks with top influencers and experts and share these in our newsletters and social media channels. When we collect information directly from you we may ask you if you do not want to receive the stuff we create eg. over email - in legalese, that’s called marketing communications. Sometimes we’re really sneaky and team up with other people who share our passion for creating stuff that helps people live healthy and thriving lives, so please be aware that we may sometimes send and share messages from other people on the same mission, ie. marketing communications that promote a third party’s products and services (for example, those of our business partners) as well as our own.
HOW CAN YOU CHANGE WHAT MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS YOU RECEIVE AND HOW YOUR RECEIVE THEM?
We work hard to make our stuff all killer and no filler. If you decide you would no longer like to be sent our exclusive offers, guides and everything you need to upgrade your health and life to the next level, including marketing communications and community updates from our founders, you can change your mind at any time. Simply click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email, and we’ll share with our team the sad news that you wanted to say goodbye and don’t want to hear from us anymore. We’ll sure miss helping you out on your transformation journey.
If you ask us to stop sending marketing communications, please note we will retain your personal information for the purposes of indicating that you do not want to receive marketing communications.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We will keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose it is being processed for. The information may also be retained so that we can continue to improve your experience with us and to ensure that you receive any loyalty rewards which are due to you.
We will actively review the information we hold and delete it securely, or in some cases anonymise it, when there is no longer a legal, business or customer need for it to be retained. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

You may request us to stop using your personal information where we are doing so under legitimate interests (see the section “What is our legal basis for using your personal information” for examples of when that applies) unless it is needed for dealing with legal claims or we have other compelling legitimate reasons that override your rights.
