Well I've been on this diet for going on 4 weeks and haven't lost any weight yet but I'm still hopeful

Chocolate flavor is good, but powder doesn't disperse in oat milk or water like the other powders do. no matter how much I shook it there were still lots of big globs in it. Didn't leave me feeling as good after I drank it as the complete one did.
