This is a healthy complete meal shake that I enjoy when I don’t have time to prepare a proper meal. Sometimes I use it for breakfast, other times for a quick lunch on the go. Love the Berries taste. It’s great for smoothies too. I also add a couple of spoons to my young daughter’s cold oatmeal so that she gets some plant-based goodness.

I really enjoy the complete meal shakes, they are delicious and nutritious. They are great to keep me going through a work day and I look forward to drinking them. If they were organic I would definitely give five stars and for the cost of them I think that should be the case. Despite that I do really enjoy them.
