It's a great way to stop yourself snacking in between meals or when working late. It works well by itself but I prefer to mix and match flavors and ingredients. Almond and rice milk for thickness, different berries, and fruits for sweetness and texture. It also works well when mixed with protein powder for a nice after workout drink.
At first it was repulsive - tasted like awful medicine and was powdery. As I got used to it it was better. Not really to my taste (I don't think any meal replacement really). But as far as feeling and health it was great.
The taste was good and reminded me of fruity pebbles but I prefer the original ambronite flavor. Still, very very good and filling.
banana is my favourite flavour not just because of the taste, but also because it's so smooth to gulp down :)
