I’ve used Ambonite Complete Meal Shake for many years. It’s simply a perfect meal or a before/after excercise snack: it tastes delicious, it’s easy and quick plus super healthy. Vegan protein at its' best!

Makes an Excellent Pancake Mix

A while back Ambronite shared a delicious green pancake mix. I have modified this slightly and it has now become a staple in our families diet. An excellent way to get nutrients into our children that tastes great!

Quite good

Very reasonable taste, maybe a little artificial, but still good enough to enjoy. Feels nourishing and satiating. I usually have it with me in case my workday gets too busy for lunch, and it fills that purpose perfectly.
