But I would increase with more fruit and vegetables with an addition for example: chickpeas, quinoa, rice and remove a percentage of peas contained in order to make it taste even better

Ich war skeptisch aber nun habe ich es ausprobiert. Der Balance Meal Shake ist klasse! Ich habe keinen Hunger und fühle mich satt und habe kein Völlegefühl mehr. Etwas abgenommen habe ich auch dabei. Ich kann es definitiv empfehlen!

chalky in water, better in milk/milk alternatives

I had used Ambronite a few years ago when their product line was simpler. Recent trends in my life led me to reconsider using meal replacement drinks, and I always remembered Ambronite's older recipe being the best tasting and textured among competitors. But I have to say I'm really disappointed by this newer chocolate shake product. It's really chalky - the original product was not like this. I first used it in cold water, and it didn't taste good. I then tried it in my coconut/almond milk and it does taste a little better. I also use it in my homemade oats overnight and it adds a little chocolate. taste and extra nutrients to my lunch or breakfast, but you can still get a funny aftertaste.

It's allright!

Over the years I've tried a lot of different meal shakes. Huel, Jake, Joylent(or jimmyjoy as it's called now), and a few other ones. Really happy that there is no soy on this one, but a bit displeased there is flax-seeds(phytoestrogen issue, might screw up hormonal balance for someone sensitive), but I bought if fully knowing that. The taste is fine, it's drinkable and does it's job. A bit skeptical on the packing if these plastic tubs are the most sustainable option. I got a great offer and price on these so all in all I'm happy with it.
